PROCESSING TIMES:
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlines below.
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because all items are handmade, processing times may vary. If delays occur, you will be notified.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
United states:
*Standard shipping-3-5 business days
Free shipping is automatically added for orders $35 and overand is calculated at checkout.
International orders:
Delivery times vary and may take several weeks depending on location.
SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES,
an may be affected by carrier delays,weather,or customs.
TRACKING:
Tracking information is provided for all orders. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped.
ADRESSES:
Please double check your shipping addresses before placing your order to Avoid any unnecessary delays or delivery issues.
DELIVERY ISSUES:
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. Delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carrier, weather, or customs are outside of shop control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
*check with neighbors or household members
*check around the delivery area
*contact the shipping carrier directly.
You are also able to contact me and I am willing to help any way that I can with finding lost packages.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If any order arrives damaged please provide photos within 30 days of Delivery and I will send a replacement or a refund
INTERNATIONAL FEES:
Are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
Digital items are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
